My adult son is a wheelchair user, he finds it difficult to find certain clothes that he can sort himself. These underpants are great shape, would have been better if they were a bit smaller but because they are plus size 2XL were smallest. He is wearing them because they are comfortable, good job he cant stand up lol!! Good quality and price.
